This is an immersive painting and drawing workshop focusing on the natural and built environment of Roundstone village and its surroundings. Beginning each morning at Errisbeg house, Rosie McGurran will set out the subject of the day through drawing and painting demonstrations with a focused studio session and individual feedback for artists.

After a light lunch artists continue to work at a chosen painting location, weather permitting. Areas of interest include Roundstone harbour, Dog’s bay and Gurteen beaches and the grounds at Errisbeg house. This is an opportunity to develop skills and techniques and learn from an experienced artist who is steeped in the visual art heritage of Roundstone.

All materials, sketchbooks, paint, paper and brushes are included.
